For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

No shedding since I've had it either. I got the natural color and dyed it black, and the medium lace was a perfect fit! this is my first lace front and I couldn't be happier. The hairline is also nice, I did very little customization.I love it and will definitely be ordering again. Great hair quality!! -

HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL. Looks and feels amazing, very soft and luscious. I got the 20 inch front lace and am loving every bit of it. Hebe was AMAZING to talk to, helped track my package and made sure I would get it ASAP. Couldn't be any happier with this purchase. The only thing I wouldn't done differently would be to get a smaller wig cap. Definitely ordering from this company again! -

I am in love with this wig!!!! Super fast shipping and beautiful wig construction! I ordered 20 inches, regular density, medium size cap and light brown lace. It came in 5 days! Hebe is so helpful and very sweet!
