For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

My hair came earlier than expected and I absolutely LOVE the hair. It is preplucked , but i still pluck to give it a more realistic look. I actually didn’t have to bleach the lace because it looked that good.The customer service is also excellent .I really recommend this hair company to you guys . -

I really love this hair.It is so beautiful and so soft , but when i try it on i realize immediately the destiny is not for me , 130% destiny is too thin ;( I'll try to co-wash it and hope it turn out to be good .... -

So it has been about a month since I recieved the hair and I am still really happy! I got tons of compliments on this hair ! I have been wearing the wig almost everyday, have applied heat, and it has time and time again returned to it's original soft, curly state! This is seriously the best year i purchase this year .Thank you so much ! -

The customer service is the best ever! I received confirmation email to help me check my order again , this is so sweet and thoughtful . I got my hair in a timely manner , the texture is so freaking gorgeous and hair is soft , very little shedding , not a big problem , i just love everything of this company , i will definitely buy a new one soon! -
