For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

WHEN I RECEIVED UNIT THE HAIR WAS MORE CRINKLED THAN WAVY BUT I WASHED AND CONDITIONED, LET IT AIR DRY OVERNIGHT AND THE WAVES WERE BEAUTIFUL IN THE MORNING AND HAIR WAS SO SOFT, I LOVE THIS UNIT AND I WILL BE ORDERING A FEW MORE JUST IN CASE THERE IS A SHORTAGE ON THEM. I ORDERED 12 LACE FRONT. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS WIG TO FRIENDS. RECEIVED SO MANY COMPLIMENTS FROM WORK -

My first impression of the unit was that it was kind of thin for 130% density....just looking at the reviews on YouTube I purchased the exact same hair, length, and density as the Youtubers. I had very little waves, I had to wash it and mousse it in order to get them and then I had to dry the unit upside down in order for it to have some volume. I have worn this unit 3 days in a row and I have to admit it is a very easy unit to deal it, I just wish it was a bit thicker. Would I purchase this unit again, most likely yes but in 150% density. -

This is the 1st wig I ever purchased. I absolutely love it, and you cant argue with the price. I braided it at night, and took the braids out in the morning. When you wet it and let it dry it goes back to that wet and wavy look. I love it. -

This is my very first wig and I'm really loving it. The hair is very nice and soft to touch. I've had this wig for about a month now and I love the curl pattern you get after washing it. This is a 12 inch, natural colour wig, I plan to dye black soon and I'm still working on ways to make the lace blend more with hair. I've loved playing with hair again while my natual hair stay protected. will probably buy a 14 inch one in the future. -
