For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. We declare a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, OMGHerHair is NOT responsible for it.

My second purchase from this company and I've been wearing this wig for a month straight. At times I even sleep in it ( more often than not ) and the hair is still beautiful and maintains its natural curl pattern. Minimal shedding and with weekly conditioning washes, no tangeling. 150 density is the way to go, as I learned from my previous purchase of a different wig which was 130 full lace wig (which didn't last long and tangled after 3 weeks). Purchasing a different wig today from this company to see if they can go 2 for 3.because I absolutely love the hair texture and quality of this wig! -
