For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

No complaints so far, I only had it for a few weeks. It does shed but nothing too crazy. This is my first 360 so im still learning how to style it. I dont wanna bleach the knots because im not sure how the hair will react. All i do is add a small amount of olive oil to the hair and it is beautiful. -

My Party hair came just in time and it was perfect. Hair is very soft ,little to no shedding.The wig comes with 4 clips and an adjustable strap as well which is great ! Thanks for the gifts! -

I’m sooooooo in love with this hair, I’ve had it in for at least 3 days and I have no shedding .I washed it with conditioner and the curl came right back to life.Communication was great.A repeat customer here! -
