For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. We declare a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, OMGHerHair is NOT responsible for it.

I just wanted to send you some pictures of how the wig looks now that I have coloured it, I bleached it and put another colour on top of it and I was really worried that the hair was going to be damage from all the colouring I put it through but I have to say there has been no shedding and the hair is still silky soft! I've had so many compliments with this wig, many thanks again please keep doing what you're doing, you guys are doing a great job best lace wig company I have found by far, and thanks again Andy for your great customer service . -

I just wanted to let you know that I have received the wig, and I have to say I am super duper happy and really pleased with it, the hairline is perfect, the density is perfect, the length is exactly right, the colour of the lace matches perfectly with my skin colour, the quality of the hair is amazing it's supersoft and I have had not one bit of shedding, there is no horrible smell on the hair, and I love the bodywave, I only wish that you could do this wig in colour 4, you guys are great at what you do, your customer service was amazing, and your prices are affordable considering the quality of the wig, five stars!!! and it got here really quick considering I only spoke to you yesterday so you're processing time and delivery is superb. I was skeptical at first because i have never purchased a 360 unit. They made me a believer! This wig is beautiful. The knots are bleached and I did not have to do any plucking. The hair is full but natural. The wig was true to length and did not have an odor. After 3 months it never lost the original curl pattern. I have straightened this hair and it still looked amazing. I receive compliments daily on this wig. Customer service is great.
