For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

I am overall happy with the product I purchased. The seller called me to confirm what I wanted which I really appreciate. The hair is very soft and exactly what I ordered. I don't see any shedding as of yet. The only things I had to have the knots bleached. -

This Bob wig is amazing!!! This is my 2nd wig from OMGherhair! It arrives with beautiful Yaki texture,super Natural and soft! Hebe is the best ! I will never order from anyone else but her! Shipping was only 5 days! No shedding, No tangles! Soft! This wig is Brazilian Virgin hair Best quality , 150 density, 14 inches long & she bleached the knots for me! Hair is very nice and soft, no shedding. Shipping was quick within 6 days received. Seller was great. No problems with this wig. I ordered 10 inches,150% density. Will definitely order from this company again. -
