For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

I just received my unit today but I haven't installed it as yet .This is my first time purchasing a lace wig.The hair has a weird smell but I plan wash before I wear it.I really love the curls and it looks exactly like the picture.I can't wait to wear this unit. -

Loved how fast I received the hair. The hair sheds a lot that is the ONLY issue I have with it the curls are very nice and bounced right back when I straightened it will also be doing a review on the hair as we’ll -

The hair quality and lace was amazing. I have been wearing it for about 4 weeks now and the curls are still intact! It did have a smell when I first received it but after I washed it things were fine and it didn’t return. Love this hair and all the compliments I’m still getting !! -

OMG!!!! I received my unit, and I must say, it was wonderfully fantastic!. The quality of hair was beeeeautiful, already plucked. Wow. I can't say enough. I love love love. It was my first wig purchase. And I thought I would never order or even wear a wig. But OMG I want another... And will be more than happy to order from this company. You get what you pay for and more. Looks just like my hair. The texture is like my hair already so I am so satisfied. Wig shipped fast & was just like the description. The lace is pre plucked and comes with such a natural looking part - I didn’t bleach the knots. Nice quality hair not much shedding
