For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

Took a little longer than expected , not true to length , but hair is soft and pre-plucked , i will bleach and dye it , hope the hair could stay in good condition . -

This is my first human hair wig, and I was very hesitate in purchasing it. I emailed Andy several times, and each time he reassured me to not worry about the hair. This company has great customer service! The hair is exactly what everyone described it to be...soft, very little shedding, and no smell.
