For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

The hair is nice and full not too thick or thin, it is also very soft and there is only minimum shedding when i comb it . Not a big problem . I especially love the fact that I didn't have to pluck it or bleach the knots , which is really a plus.Thanks so much. -

Yes I love it I've been wearing it for a few days and it's very soft. It doesn't tangle or shed. I like the lace and how it was pre plucked. I haven't co-washed it yet or wet it to see if it reverts to its curl pattern but I will test it out soon. Lisa was very professional with delivering this product to me which came in one week. -
