For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

The wig was thinner than I expected it to be for the density but the customer service was awesome, hebe made sure to communicate with me to let me know what was going on. The wig took a week and 2days to get here, the hair is super soft I haven't gotten any shedding which is good. Overall I think I will order again. -

I'm very satisfied with the sipping & communication. The hair itself its dream hair. Very soft I got no shedding at all p! Even after dying it which came out perfect and it still kept its texture and curls was amazing!!! Will be ordering again most definitely -

I love the hair so far, very soft and has a lot of body to it. I ordered is 150% density, it's the perfect amount of hair. The cap is PERFECT! Fits my head better than any other cap! It has not shed at all with finger combing and had a nice parting space. The curls are very bouncy & Hair is so soft after washing. -

love this hair I would refer it to anybody its super soft beautiful and holds its curls omg I just honestly have no complaints communication was excellent shipment excellent its amazing I love it.This hair is so Soft, manageable and true to length....very little shedding and tangling...the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I'll never order hair from another vendor. I have already referred 2 people to this company. -

I got the 18inch . Very soft and manageable. This is my first time ordering hair online, so I was very nervous. I usually go to the hair shop so I can be able to see and feel the texture. I am glad that i took chance on this site because I will definitely order again ! Great customer service -

Oh my goodness, I can honestly say I have never had a unit with this pretty! This hair is amazing. True to length, and it came in 5 days after the day did for the payment. Minimal shedding, beautiful hairline -I will definitely buy from this seller again, and recommended my clients!! They were amazing at quick and informative responses.. I've never had a transaction so expedited . I mean, it IS online shopping - but this seller went above and beyond. So happy I trusted the reviews! -
