For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

I loved this hair.. the texture was great and I had no issues. the only thing was I put the wrong product on it and it messed up completely was going to buy a new one today... I just got the straight wig from omgherhair as well... the service is great! -

This hair is beautiful soft, when I first received it I washed and conditioned the wig and there was barely any shedding, best wig I've ever invested in! I will definitely order from them again love love love . -

Really nice wig, super soft and very thick. it does have some shedding to it, but nothing major . It is pre-plucked and the baby hair is at a perfect length . -

Thank you guys for your amazing quality units.. I’m in love with my Brazilian Straight 22inch 360 unit it’s perfect!!! I have been wearing it everyday since the end of August and have had to no issues!! Amazing hair!!! I Will be buying a new one soon!! I wanted to know if you all would be making a 360 water wave unit.. I would love to have a unit with that texture next !
