For US Stock orders, We ship by Post Office USPS, Shipping time is 2-4 business days; Other orders will ship by DHL or FedEx randomly, Shipping time is 3-5 business days. (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).
Po.Box & Military Base :
For P.O boxes and Military addresses (APO, FPO), we will ship by Post Office. The shipping time is longer, around 10-15 working days. So we encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address.

It is strongly recommended A Signature for your package. If you authorize DHL or FedEx to leave the package at your address WITHOUT Signature . We won't be liable for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the shipment.

I just received my 1st 360 lace wig and I love it. There has been no shedding and the hair was very soft and thick straight out the box. The knots do not need bleaching and the hairline was pre plucked beautifully. I received it in less than 10 days and during shipping I received texts to let me know the progress of my shipment. I definitely plan on purchasing more lace wigs from this company. Try them if you're thinking about it. You won't regret it!! -

I've had it for over a month now & I love it.I'm so pleased with my hair ,It was so soft to touch! My boyfriend couldn't keep his hands out of it lol. there was little to no shedding & it was super soft & it seemed to have more volume also after washing it. Also, Hebe answered all my questions. I wanted to dye the hair ombre. Soooooo beauty! The hair colored perfectly. Overall, I'm very pleased with my wig & with the communication I've had with the seller. Will definitely buy again. All the things just in Perfect.I really like this hair, looks natural. I got it in 180 density, it longer to ship because of the holiday but it was worth it. I would advice 180 density very thick. This is my second time buying this wig and my first 360 lace wig. This wig comes with pre-plucked natural hairline. The hair also dyed perfectly. This is one of the best wigs i ever.
